Return & Refund Policy

At The Blissful Place, your satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted on the product page under “Shipping & Returns.”

Return eligibility and timeframes vary by product and brand, and some products are not eligible for return. We encourage customers to review the “Shipping & Returns” section on each product page for details before purchasing or requesting a return.

Some products we sell from our manufacturers and suppliers are made-to-order or custom-finished, including items hand-stained upon order based on your selection.

These made-to-order and custom-finished products can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, these products are non-refundable and are not eligible for return.

Return Policy & Process 

For items that are not made-to-order or custom finished, please follow the steps below to request a return or exchange.

Please note: Return windows and eligibility may vary depending on the brand and product. We encourage customers to review the “Shipping & Returns” section on each individual product page for brand-specific return timeframes and eligibility before requesting a return, as some brands have shorter return windows and returns for these brands will only be accepted within the stated timeframe.

  1. Contact our customer service department at support@theblissfulplace.com or call us at 800-975-4022 to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Returned products must be in new condition, in the original packaging, with all included parts. Be sure to include your receipt/proof of purchase to complete your return. Your RMA number is valid for seven days from the date it’s issued and then it will expire. Once you receive your RMA number, please return your item(s) immediately.
  2. A return address of where to ship the item(s) will be emailed to you. Include the RMA number on your return shipping label.
  3. Return your item(s) by an insured shipping carrier. It is a good idea to insure your returned item(s) for its purchase price since the Blissful Place will not be responsible for any damaged or lost returned shipments. If any damage occurs during return shipping, you would need to file a claim with your chosen shipping carrier. Please note that if your return isn’t insured, we won’t be able to issue a refund, and the carrier may not cover the damage.

Refund Policy

We’re happy to accept returns on eligible items. Please note that a 25% restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping cost (even on items marked as “Free Shipping”).

After your return is received and the item(s) are in new, resellable condition with no visible damage or missing parts, you will be refunded the original purchase price less the original shipping cost and the 25% restocking fee via the original credit card you used when you placed your order. Please note that we may need to adjust your refund if any returned items are damaged or missing parts.

Please allow 7-14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s) to show as a credit on your credit card statement. Although we work quickly on our end to process your refund, you may experience delays with your credit card company or bank processing the refund.

Cancellation Policy 

  • Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours after purchase with NO cancellation fee.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, your cancellation request must be sent via email to support@theblissfulplace.com

After 24 hours there may be a cancellation fee depending on where your item(s) is in production and what work has been completed. This applies to items that are made-to-order or custom finished but may apply to specialty items as well.

If your order has already shipped and then you decide that you want to cancel, please refer to our return policy above. Please feel free to contact us by email at support@theblissfulplace.com if you decide to cancel and we’ll let you know if your order has been shipped.

Damaged Item Policy

Each order is securely packed, but if your item arrives damaged, please email photos to support@theblissfulplace.com within 24 hours of receipt so we can assist you promptly. We require notification within 24 hours to provide a full or partial replacement at no additional cost to you.
