Our general shipping information is listed below. Please keep in mind that shipping times and details vary by product.
You should refer to the actual product page under “Shipping & Returns” for estimated shipping and delivery times for each product you are considering for purchase.
Customer orders are typically shipped by FedEx, UPS, USPS( U.S. Postal Service) or freight carrier.
In order to ship any item, you must provide us with a physical address. We do not accept PO Boxes and Military (APO/FPO) addresses. When checking out an item from our store, if you do use a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO address, we will contact you to obtain a physical address. If we are unable to reach you and the item ships, you will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
The order processing time is the amount of time needed to get an order ready for shipment after the order has been placed and payment is received. Generally, your order will be processed within 48 hours from the day you place it. Any orders that are placed on the weekend or a holiday will be processed the next business day.
Ships by Date
The “Ships by date” refers to the date your product(s) leaves the warehouse for your destination. This date varies depending on the product(s) you’re purchasing.
It takes between 3-7 days for your item(s) to arrive via Standard Ground Shipping after the “Ships-by date”. You may also receive your products separately since they may be coming from different warehouses depending on the brand.
Please keep in mind that all special or custom made orders will take longer to ship.
You will receive free shipping on all orders in the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii which we do not ship to) by Standard Ground Service with curbside delivery only.
Our normal shipping times are between 3-7 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
For an additional cost, expedited delivery options are available when you check out of our store. Do not count weekends in your overnight delivery. For example, if you order a product on Friday morning, you will receive it on Monday (not Saturday).
Note: Expedited shipping only affects the time in transit, not the ships by date. Please be aware that processing, production or manufacturing times still apply before the product is shipped out. Shipments that are required to ship by air are ineligible for free shipping.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Freight Carrier Service
If you purchase a product that is very heavy or large, it must be shipped by independent freight carrier.
The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a date and time for delivery. An adult must be present at the time of delivery. If you miss your appointment, you may be charged a re-delivery fee. So to ensure a timely delivery, please provide a phone number at the time of check out.
The delivery driver will drop your item(s) off curbside. The driver’s truck must be able to access the end of your driveway.
The driver is not responsible for bringing the product into your home or onto your driveway. These special requests must be handled by you as the customer. Please keep in mind that we will not be responsible for payment of any storage fees if your item(s) aren’t immediately accepted for delivery by you.
Please be aware that damage to your shipment, although rare, may occur. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and follow the instructions below. Your claim of damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of documented delivery.
- Upon delivery, it is very important to open and inspect your package for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. The driver should give you time to inspect your package. You are responsible to check the interior and exterior for damage.
- If there is visible damage to the outside box or the product, take pictures of the interior or exterior damage. You will need to write a description of the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt that the driver will give to you to sign. This will help when filing an insurance claim in case there is actual damage.
- If the driver does not wait for you to inspect your delivered item(s), please write “Driver Refused Inspection” on the POD. If you sign for the delivery without notating the visible damage, the freight company is no longer responsible for the damage.
