Campania's cast stone collections are made right here in the U.S.A. in Pennsburg, PA. We like how this set-up allows for faster deliveries to our customers especially if they live on the east coast. Once an order is ready to ship, a customer can receive their product in as little as a few days. Our west coast customer orders typically take 5-7 days to receive.

We're impressed by Campania's strict quality control processes and procedures. Every product is inspected before it ships to the customer. Each order is carefully prepared and filled with excelsior packaging that protects the item while it's in transit. They take great pride in making sure each order arrives safely to the customer.

In the event that any damage does occur to a product during transit, the customer is protected. Pictures must be taken of any exterior damage to the box and the delivery company's receipt must be signed and notated with "May contain concealed damage". Once the product is unwrapped, any actual damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery along with pictures of the damage.

We work with Campania to send either replacement parts or an entirely new fountain or other product, if needed, to the customer. We appreciate how Campania's policy gives our clients peace of mind. Campania stands behind their products should a problem arise even after delivery. They offer a six month limited warranty against manufacturing defects which puts our clients at ease and makes them feel comfortable about purchasing a big ticket item.

Each fountain comes with its own step by step assembly and installation instructions so you can get your fountain up and running in no time. Water recirculates within the fountain and a pump is included. All fountains plug into a GFCI outlet so no plumber or electrician is needed. 

Concerned about having to constantly refill your fountain with water? Not to worry! Most Campania fountains for sale are compatible with a refill device stopper #10 or #7 that will automatically keep the water in your fountain filled to a certain level that you set. You can also add LED lights to many fountains that will beautifully illuminate them in the evenings so you can enjoy relaxing under the stars.

Most of our clients coordinate with their landscapers or contractors to handle the set-up and installation since many of these water features can be quite heavy. Their weight can range anywhere from under a hundred pounds to well over three thousand pounds depending on which fountain you buy.

Once it's installed, Campania fountains are low maintenance. You need to periodically refill the fountain with water (unless it's compatible with an autorefill device). You should clean the pump at least quarterly to ensure it's free from any dirt, debris or algae so it runs smoothly and efficiently. Cleaning the pump and the fountain's surface is as simple as using mild dish detergent and a soft bristle brush. No bleach should ever be used when cleaning the surface of your fountain.
